FAIRWAY MEDICAL URGENT CARE

Established in 2008, Fairway Medical Urgent Care serves the general public and treats a wide variety of common illnesses, including sports injuries, skin conditions, seasonal allergies, lacerations, fractures, sprains and strains. Additional services include: lab work, preventive screenings, physical exams, vaccinations and more. The facility is staffed with physicians and medical providers experienced in urgent care cases as well as family practice and occupational medicine.

David Guzan, Fairway CEO, says Fairway Medical Urgent Care delivers an affordable, safe, and efficient alternative to hospital emergency departments. Patients will be seen in a convenient, private setting, offering expert care for injuries and illnesses that are urgent but not life threatening, and at times when a primary care physician may be unavailable.

Fairway Medical Urgent Care is open seven days a week with hours on Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fairway Medical Urgent Care is a physician-owned, 3,600 square foot, state of the art facility with six treatment rooms located at 70340 Hwy 21 in Covington.
