Your Visit - What to Expect

Our state of the art treatment rooms are specially designed for your utmost comfort, privacy and effiency. Specializing in prompt medical attention, our doctors and nurses are ready to treat you and your family with extended hours and no appointment, even on weekends

What To Bring

  • Identification AND Insurance card (unless paying with cash)
  • list of current medications
  • list of medical history and/or major surgeries

Process

  • You will be welcomed by a staff member at the front desk when you first arrive to check-in. All patients will be asked to sign a 'Consent for Treatment' form. Patients that are visiting Fairway Medical Urgent Care for the first time will be required to fill out a brief 'New Patient' form.
  • You are expected to pay your co-pay and present your insurance at check-in.
  • If you are paying for your visit without the use of insurance, payment in full is required at check-in.
  • When they are able to see you, a staff member will bring you to a treatment room where a nurse will go through the standard process of checking your vitals and discussing your illness or injury. Our state of the art treatment rooms are specially designed for your utmost comfort, privacy and efficiency.
  • A physician will then come in to further examine you, provide a diagnosis and discuss treatment.
    • All patients are guaranteed to be seen by a physician unless their visit is related to Occupational Medicine.
  • Above all things, concern for our patient's health is the most important to us. After your visit to Fairway Medical Urgent Care, a member of our staff will call to follow-up with you within a few days.
