Do I need to make an appointment before my visit in order to be seen by a staff member or
physician?
Fairway Medical Urgent Care provides 'Walk-In Clinic' services and an appointment is never needed.

What if I have insurance but forgot to bring my card to Urgent Care during my visit?
- If you have insurance but do not have your card for your visit, you will be charged the standard cash fee (Please contact us for pricing).
- If you do not have your insurance card but do have your policy number, our billing department will attempt to contact your Insurance Company to validate your policy and benefits. If we are unable
to do so, we will move forward with the process described above.

What if I can't pay my co-pay or I do not know if I have met my deductible?
- All co-pays must be collected when you arrive in order to be seen by our staff.
- If you are unsure if you have met your deductible, our billing department will attempt to verify with your insurance company. If they are unable to receive verification, you will be charged the
standard cash fee (Please contact us for pricing). If after your visit it is verified that you have met your deductible, fully or partially, you will be refunded after the
claim has been processed.
